My 9 year old beautifully ugly seasoned pizza stone cracked in half!
It was the Pampered Chef one. Is there a heat limit on them? After reading some recipes online, I cranked up the heat to 500, preheated the stone, then assembled the pizza on the preheated stone and cooked for 16 minutes. It worked well the last two times but this time it cracked. Should I buy another Pampered Chef one or venture to a different brand?

I believe the Pampered Chef ones have a lifetime warranty. You might look on their site for info.

Just send them a piece of the stone along with a letter and they will replace it. They have a lifetime guarantee.

The stones do not have a lifetime guarantee, they have a 3 year guarantee. The heat limit for the stones is 450 
You can try to call Pampered Chef and see if they will replace it, but I wouldn't count on it unfortunately.
