My 8 month old doesn't like baby food anymore!
Well fruit and cereal that is. She loves meat and veggies from Earth's Best but won't eat any cereal or fruit. She was eating yogurt for breakfast but now she shakes her head no at that. I gave her small bits of english muffin this morning and she loved it. She so just wants table food and I'm afraid of choking! Please help!

Give it to her! My kids started off young. So long as you are watching her and giving her small pieces, she will be okay. and she WILL choke. that's how they learn. just be sure to emphasize that she chew, chew, chew and don't put too many pieces on her tray at one time. GL!

I say start table food. Cut it up very tiny! DS refused baby food at table food at 9mths
I had a hard time getting him to eat so I say go with the flow and do what works

DD started refusing all baby food at about 10 months or so. I was nervous at first because she only had 2 teeth, but I just cut the table food up really small and she did fine. It was soooo nice not having to buy baby food anymore at the grocery store!
