My 5 year old is obsessed with "winning!"
Help! My 5 year old stepson is the sweetest child usually... but lately, he has been throwing a total FIT (complete with tears) when he loses a game (it could be any game). We are trying to teach him it is not just winning that matters but having fun playing.... but I don't see that it is sinking in... Any tips?

My nephew is very similiar... hes 6. Its now become if hes loosing "its just a game".. when hes winning its "ha ha im winning you loose".. Hopefully its just a phase and they will grow out of it.
