My 37 week appointment...

Went really well. Had an unexpected ultrasound, baby boy is big. OB said he is suuposed to be around 6 1/3 lbs and he is almost 8lbs (thank god for a c-section) and his head is still massive and lodge in my pubic bone. He did drop though, he confirmed that. He said he was very impressed with his tone, his swallowing and breathing pactices he is doing, said he should be just fine outside the womb if he comes before the due date.
The only thing they noticed was my blood pressure was a little elevated (just the first number though, not the 2nd) It was 106/67 last week and this week it's 142.67, is that bad? He said we will keep an eye on it, especially with the headaches and seeing stars so often.
He also said he is nice and comfy and looks pretty happy in there! No dialtion but completely effaced! Looks like we might just go to the 25th! 12 days!

Wow! That sounds great!!!!

FYI... I've been getting headaches, too - and my BP is totally fine (thank God), so the headaches may just be par for the course at this point and not necessarily BP related. But, it's good they're keeping on top of it!

all those symptoms together sound like the early stages of pre-eclampsia. im surprised they aren't taking them more seriously - when i was put in the hospital for pre-e i had less symptoms than that. did they test your urine for protein? when i was at the hospital for pre-e they told me that anything 140/80 or higher was considered high for pregnancy.
if any of those symptoms progress, since your seems to be big and doing well, they will prob deliver you. good luck!
