Music during Labor...
I wonder if I can ask my doc to play music during my labor  ...I think that would be better than a whole bunch of people telling me ok you can do this...blah blah blah...you know when you're at the gym and can't seem to push yourself any harder but then "that" song comes on and you're like here we go and suddenly can get over that hurdle and through the pain. The power of music is amazing...I love it! I'm actually kinda serious about this!

I had a doula during my labor with DS. She brought her ipod and docking station and set it up as soon as I got into my L&D room. It really was soothing and so helpful. She also had aromatherapy oils burning. Created such a peaceful environment for me to labor naturally in.

I think music would help so much!! It has an amazing affect on the mind. I will definitely have it on while I'm delivering!!!!!

The nurse who did my lamaze class told us to bring an iPod and docking station if we have or to bring a laptop so that we can play music...I'm going to work on my playlist over the weekend.
