muscle creams?
can you use these while pregnanrt? In addition to worsening insomnia, I am now getting restless legs and just over 20 weeks 
It's so bad I don't know what to do ,i lieterally had ice packs wrapepd to my leg for about ten minutes last night but it did not help....any advice woud love to hear......
I am literally DYING for some sleep

I would call your doctor. Things like that get absorbed into your skin, and maybe your blood stream, so I would double-check.

I asked about Ben-gay and was told no. I was told ice packs or heating pads on the legs are OK (just no heating pads on the back).
I know exactly how you feel

I don't know the correct answer, but I would probably stay away from the muscle creams.
Does anyone remember the story of the girl who recently died from using too much of the stuff? If that could happen, then I am sure it gets absorbed into your system and I wouldn't want to take any chances.
