Mucus plug - tmi warning
What does it look like/what color is it? I went to the bathroom today and noticed a clear glob (for lack of better description). I'm only 30 weeks...is this normal? There's been no blood so I'm hoping that's a good sign
This may sound dumb but can your doctor check to see if you lost it?

Mucus plug - tmi warning
Clear? that can just be discharge...when I lost mine is was brownish/greenish similar to snots and it was thick & a glob. Lost it when my water broke.
I would check w/your midwife or OB to be on the safe side.

Mucus plug - tmi warning
When I lost mine it came out in thick clear sticky globs . I would mention it to the Dr. but it does regenterate itself.

Sounds like it was discharge, which is normal and increases as your pregnancy goes along. Even if you lost your mucus plug now, it can regenerate. As long as you're not having contractions, I wouldn't even give it a second thought.

Mine looked like snot- right down to the color- it was like yellowish/brown.
Clear is usually discharge/CM

thanks ladies - you put me at ease but i forgot have a dr appt this evening so ill double check with her.
it was def more than normal discharge - but sounds like i have nothing to worry about.
