Mucous plug
If you are already dilated does that mean you lost your mucous plug or can you be dilated and not have lost it?

not necessarily. I was dialated a fingertip for 3 weeks until my mucos plug came out.

Ok I wasn't sure. I thought I lost mine like 2 weeks ago but when I just went to the bathroom it looked more like what everyone described it to be. It wasn’t bloody though (sorry if TMI)
