Mt. Carmel Feast in Brooklyn
Just wondering if anyone else goes to this? We used to go when I was very small. My cousin now lifts the "giglio" every year. Is it still a mob scene? People had to be dying in this heat!

We saw a little marching parade for this event in Greenpoint on Saturday. It was nice.

My coworker goes every year, and her SO is part of carrying as well....perhaps they know each other? They're out on the island.
Either way, she went and had a great time!!!!
