MSN MESSENGER VIRUS ALERT
This was just sent out by our IT guy at work:
Please be aware, there's a virus circulating through MSN Messenger. If you IM with MSN, do not open any links sent to you by a friend. If they're sending you a link, odds are their machine is infected and sending automated messages.

That's a bit of an exaggeration. Not all links are viruses, and there are hundreds (if not more) of viruses wandering around the Internet that attack MSN Messenger. New ones pop up constantly.
Just be aware of what you are clicking on, no matter where it comes from. Anything and everything on the Internet is a potential virus.
