Re: MS need HELP!
preggo pops seem to have helped a lot of ladies on here. I never tried them and was too lazy/sick to go to the store.
Again, carbs helped me and for some reason jolly ranchers helped too. I lived on ginger ale and saltines for a good 5 weeks or so.

Re: MS need HELP!
I did a bunch of things, and ended up on Reglan (its kind of like Zophran).
What worked the best was eating (all the time) and I tried the Unisom and B6 thing and it worked for a time. Also, do not let yourself get hungry. I would set an alarm and eat something every 90 minutes (super small). It eventually got really bad and my midwife gave me Reglan which has helped me tremendously.
Sorry you are feeling so crappy! I just started feeling better this week, but I spend most of weeks 6-11 throwing up 2-3 times a night and feeling awful all day. :(

Re: MS need HELP!
Oh and the accupressure wristbands worked really well for me. I got both the seabands and the Psibands and the Psibands were more adjustable, so I could get it tighter.
Preggie pops made it worse for me...part of my issue was low blood sugar, so eating anything super sweet made my blood sugar crash right after and I would feel even worse. But its worth a shot-some people swear by them.

Re: MS need HELP!
The Preggie pop drops help me if the constant state if nausea I'm in suddenly gets worse. It doesn't alleviate the car sick feeling I have all day, but it does help if I pop one in if all of a sudden I feel like I might throw up. Or if I have to cook dinner, but the smells are getting to me, I'll pop one in and it helps.
Other staples have been Saltines, ginger ale (which I normally hate), cold water, and believe it or not vanilla chobani yogurt.

I ate Sour Patch Kids like they were going out of style. They really helped me.

I cold have written this verbatim myself. I am also 7w...try eating the same exact things for breakfast...and have nausea all day.
I just ordered preggie pops - hoping it helps. I had 24 hours of relief the other day and it was amazing! lol

MS need HELP!
Honestly the only thing that really helped me this time was eating. Carb-heavy meals. Eating big lunches made the feelings go away for awhile. When I struggled after dinner / before bed, I ate Italian ice.

MS need HELP!
I had all day nausea up until a couple of days ago (I am 10 weeks today). My doctor recommended eating carbohydrates and protein together at each meal/snack and it has really helped. She recommended snacking on nuts and although I was skeptical it has helped much more than straight carbohydrates. I also found ginger candy to really help- I like the Gin-Gin ginger chews the best ( Trader Joe's carries them). I also tried sea bands which did help a bit but not as much as I had hoped. I hope you are feeling better soon!

Unless I took the Zofran I'd be sick, all day. I was in it my entire pregnancy. I agree that 4mg worked wonders. I'd take it in the mornings and most times it would get me through the day. Carbs also made me feel better too!!
