Moving forward...
I met with my RE today, and it's the first time I've had a real smile on my face since my missed miscarriage 2 weeks ago. It's so nice knowing that we have a plan in place, and that we're moving forward to the next cycle (and hopefully a  at the end ). I also persuaded the RE not to make me take BCP, which I'm extremely happy about. Just about every time I've taken them in the past I've gotten clinically depressed, to the point of needing antidepressants, so it's a huge relief to not have to take them this time.
I will be taking Bravelle & Menopaur (3/1) again this time around, and PIO  It feels like it's been so long I can barely remember! I have to admit I'm a little nervous 
I'll also be taking baby aspirin, the RE suggested it because of the m/c.

Good luck!!! Just a question about the BCP.. how did you get them not to take it? Im also worried about the same thing if I take it for my IVF cycle. What's the point of taking it and will it hurt anything if I don't take it?
