Movers... recommendations?
Anyone have a mover that they liked and was completely satisfied with service that can be recommended?

I used Mayflower to haul my stuff from the east coat to west coast. Very professional. Not one issue.

thanks were staying in same state.. they said they only do when leaving one state to another.

my only experience with movers has been Mayflower, one from FL to NY, another one within the state of Florida.

We've used Ken's Moving and Storage - they're in Queens but will travel. They were great for our first move and very reasonable. I just had them give us another quote for our next move and they were still very reasonable.

We used U. Santini and were very happy with them. They are our "family" movers and have had lots of experience with them.

we just used Jim Brady movers. they are based in bellmore. 516-785-3551
I wasn't there for the actual move, but I dealt with them leading up to the day. They were very nice and accomodating and reasonable. DH said they were great the day of!!

we used abe lurie parkway vans. they are located in brooklyn and in marlboro, nj.
we moved from li to nj.
and we used them again when we moved w/in nj.
we were very satisfied both times.

We used Men on the Move and were very satisfied with them. Nothing was damaged esepcially my china closet thank god!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
