motrin dosage?
with hannah's teething getting worse, i want to use the concentrated infant drops. she weighs 11lbs, 8 oz. our ped told us .5, but the dropper starts at .625. do you think it would be bad if we just did .625?

Re: motrin dosage?
Is she 6 months old? They usually don't recommend it before 6 months. If you're ped said OK then I would only use what he recommended.

Re: motrin dosage?
hannah is 5 mos and the ped said that it would be fine in moderation. the dropper doesnt have a .5 line, and it says to not use another dropper. i guess i will just have to eyeball it. thanks for the help.

Re: motrin dosage?
You can use a different dropper to get the 0.5ml dose. I use a different one because I give Marron 0.75ml which isn't marked on the one that comes with the medicine. I think they just put that on the bottle to protect themselves from lawsuits if people use doses other than what is written on the box.
ETA: using a different dropper is probably safer than trying to approximate where a different dose would be on their dropper.
