How do I find a mothers helper I can trust for 2 days a week? Ill be home while this person is home.

Mothers Helper?
young, teenaged neighbors or family friends. Your local library might offer a "babysitters" course- so if they do- they would have a list of the teens who attended. This is how a friend of mine found her mothers helper- most girls on the list were about 12-14 years old.
