Mortgage Broker?
Hi Everyone! Would you recommend your mortgage broker? If so, can you share his/her information with me? I'm trying to get teh best rate possible.

I use Tom Digilio from the Mortgage Capital Group
Hes an absolute sweetheart - and got us such a great rate - was able to switch banks at the last minute because they dropped rates - he hauled a$$ to get it done quick so it would happen before we closed (couldve not said anything and let us stay with other bank)

Laurie, I tried a few till I found her. she is amazing! Ann mondrone (if your still with prudential they may have reccomended her since she is with de capital thru wells fargo)
I shopped around and she gave us the best rate thru wells and we were able to lock in and unlock for no fee if the rate dropped

I also have heard on the boards a lot of negative things about wells lately. I have to say we closed in under 60 days with FHA. they have all in house underwritters so your not dealing with the huge corp office to get things done. I dealth with her directly and she was amazing!! so glad I went that route

Very happy with ours, we're closing wednesday and he got us a great rate (low 4s)! He has been so patient with my zillion questions.
