Mortgage: bank or broker?
Did you use a bank or broker? Why did you choose one over the other?
If you locked in recently, do you mind sharing the rate you got and where you got it? TIA.

Re: Mortgage: bank or broker?
We used a bank (BofA). We shopped around at 2 banks and 1 mortgage broker and we found the mortgage broker fees to be way too high.
BofA had a no fee mortgage plus loan that worked out great for us... low interest rate, no PMI and no fees or bank closing costs. It was a very smooth process!
