Morning sickness comes and goes....
Is this normal? The past week I've had days where I can't lift my head off the couch and days where I feel barely any nausea at all. Of course when Im not nauseous I get worried. Please tell me this is fine.
Another thing....is a dull ache near the vagina normal too? I've had this since yesterday, not constant but I feel it from time to time. I'm 6w2d

I had nausea that came and went as well. Try eat a little something to have food in your stomach because when I didn't eat, I was nauseous. And on the days that you feel good, believe me your LO is just fine.
Its also normal to feel pain/cramps/pulling in all parts of your groin area. I had pain near my vagina, neat my ovaries, by back, etc.

Id say normal  My symptoms came and went in the 1st tri and I drove myself crazy! All is well at 20 weeks now

I would say is normal. I go through the same thing... there are days I feel like a million dollars and then BOOOOMmMM I crash! LOL thankfully I have not vomit @ all... I just think I'm a superwoman with a superbaby inside who hasn't gotten me sick to my face! Don't worry Maggie LO is ok!

Yes, I only had a little m/s and it was never consistent. It would come and go a few times a week ( and for me only at night).
The sharp pain is normal too, just stretching pains.

yesssss...I'm going through the same thing. I basically had a 5 day hangover, one of the days I pretty much slept the entire day. Then yesterday I felt OK and today I'm OK too.....just waiting for the re-arrival of my nasty "hangover"!
