Morning sickness
Hello morning sickness! I've been so sick for the past few days and all I can keep down is ginger ale and toast. How bad is it that I'm not drinking water? I can not drink it without throwing up. Only ginger ale. I'm worried about not drinking water. Should I be worried??

I have been having a really hard time getting/keeping water down since morning sickness started. If I feel crampy I try really hard to drink alot...but I feel guilty about it all the time. Dr always says everything looks good though. I keep trying!

Just get fluids in so you don't become dehydrated. With ginger ale you are at least getting something.
What about drinking seltzer?

Seltzer is not a bad idea to try! I'm going to give that a try today and see if I can hold it down. I hate I feel so awful that I just can't keep water down. And I know I need I need to be drinking it. Ugh I pray only a few more weeks of this and I can start feeling better!
