More than 1 registry?
I want to have 2 registries because Buy Buy Baby doesn't have that many locations....but is it weird to have the same items on 2 registries?
Should I just do 1 at Buy Buy Baby because people can always order online if they're not close to a BBB?

I am doing the same, but I wouldnt register for the same items at 2 different places because you might get a lot of doubles.

I registered at both Buy Buy Baby and Babies R Us. I much prefer BBB, but it's just not that convenient and I think their shipping costs are often more than Babies R us. As it turned out, thanks goodness I registered at both as very few people picked a gift off of the BBB registry but almost all went for the BRU registry.

Yeah, I thought it would be silly to register for the same items on both, but how do you decide which items to register for each?
BRU doesn't carry some of the items that BBB does, but what about the things they both carry, at the same price?

If you put the same thing on both registeris you WILL get doubles. The registries do not updated that quick soemtimes and you will never be able to be on top of keeping track.

If you put the same thing on both registeris you WILL get doubles. The registries do not updated that quick soemtimes and you will never be able to be on top of keeping track.

I personally won't be registering at 2 similar stores. I chose the two stores I did because they carried completely different items.

If both items are in both stores at the same price I would go with BRU simply because its more convenient. I'm only using BBB for items that BRU doesnt have.

I registered at BRU (for its convenience in terms of #s of stores) and BBB (because of it's offerings online).
I never registered for the same thing at both stores. I registered for certain items at one place or the other depending on where it mgiht've been cheaper.

I have 3 registries; BBB, BRU, and Amazon.
Personally, I wouldn't register for the same items at more then 1 place. Just split up the list as equally as you can. For the most part, prices are the same (although I did find a few things that were about $5 cheaper at BBB).

Not true! I did BRU and BBB and they were almost identical....Didn't get one double....

I have 3 registries. It was more than I wanted, but DH family requested we add more items, so we did the third registry.

I registered at BBB and Target. I knew what items I wanted and looked on both websites for the best price. Whichever had the best price I registered there. The mattress I wanted BBB didn't have so I registered for it at Target.

I registered at BBB and BRU...I didn't put the same items on my registry in each place....My furniture and bedding and more of the big stuff is on BRU and BBB has clothes, bottles etc.
