More progress this weekend!
We finished putting in the new floors (except for one area that has really uneven concrete that needs to be sanded first  ). The flooring we did this weekend was really challenging since we needed to cut the edge pieces and fit them in and also put in the transition pieces and started the stairs.
Also painted the master bedroom which took forever (i'm so sore) and got the hurricane shutter off that window.

Everything looks awesome!
I understand the soreness..I painted the whole house while DH redid the bathroom....MY neck was killing me from the ceiling!!!

DH wouldn't have it any other way, he's very handy and would hate to hire someone to do the work. I'm so SICK of painting I can't even tell you, but I know it's worth it.
Yea the paint color is a slate blue/gray, the pics don't really show how the color looks in person. I'll have to get a better pic when we put our light fixture up in there.

Thanks! I actually wasn't crazy about the color at first (lenox tan) but now with everything coming together I really like it.

That's so weird! I was thinking of using that in my bedroom. I like it because it's sort of dark which is nice when you work nights and sleep during the day!
