More Milk Plus pills - question about quantity to take
I started taking More Milk Plus a few days ago and have been taking it as per the bottle instructions.
But then I thought - should I be taking more? I know Fenugreen pills you have to take 3 pills, 3 times a day (the bottle says much less) in order for it to work. Is More Milk Plus the same? Or should I keep taking the amount the bottle says to take?

Didn't work for me, but I know it has for a lot of ladies on here. When I asked this questions, those that had success said you have to smell like maple syrup! And sure enough, if you take enough of the stuff, you smell like syrup!!!

Thanks! I know that's the case with the Fenugreek pills (you're supposed to smell like maple syrup), but didn't know it was the same for More Milk Plus.
Anyone else?

I took it per the instructions on the bottle. Are you taking it with only 1-2 oz of liquid and waiting 20 minutes before and after to drink anything? That's the part I hated because I'm always thirsty, but I've heard that can affect how well it works. HTH!

Thanks Crissy! I've been following the rule about liquids. I just drink enough to swallow the pills (less than 2 oz) and I wait before drinking again which does suck, lol!
