More having to do with not so nice smells . . .
I am a Resource Room teacher to middle school students. Now I must say, and not to be harsh, that sometimes I get sick to my stomach with the smells that come from BO or their breath. It is so sad and IO wish they were more aware of appropriate hygiene. Never-mind the boys that think it is funny to let them go quietly . . .

I remember complaining to my mother about a boy who sat in front of me in spanish...his danroof used to fall out of his head and onto my desk and books every class. I was so grossed out. I begged my mom to call the teacher to request a desk change...because the teacher thought that I was overreacting.
my mom finally wrote the note and the teacher told me that I was being too prissy....so I opened up my book to the page that we went over in class that day and shook out the dandroof on her desk...and asked her....if Im just being prissy I'm sure that this wont bother you.
the next day I got a new set and a detention slip.

I once sat behind a girl in college and 2 brown bugs the size of a nickel crawled out of her hair... She didn't even know and I did not want to tell her.....they just crawled in and out of her hair...blechhhhhhhh!!!!!!

As a high school teacher whose classroom is located in the "freshmen" hallway I can tell you... yes, they definitely smell. Try walking through a crowd of 200 of them when the first period bell rings. I inhale before I leave the faculty room and don't exhale until I get to my door
