More Easter food . . . .
Has anyone seen or eaten a cookie that has a hardboiled egg in the center? I had seen these once and thought it was the strangest thing- I had never had them or seen them . . . .

my MIL makes them....I believe they are an Italian thing.............she calls them egg cookies.
