Mopey Doggie?

We have a 6 month old Female CavaPoo.

she is potty trained and all in all a happy puppy.

The last 2 nights we have noticed that after we walk her, she comes in plays for a few minutes and then goes back by the door and sits and mopes until we take her out again. Monday night we took her out 6 times.. She goes out, runs around and that is it.

Yet, last night she was fine.

And this morning I took her for a 40 min walk/jog to try and get some energy out of her..

Any ideas?

Sounds like she just LOVES to be outside. My dog does this too....No matter how long we are outside or how long a walk we go on he just wants to go back out..& he sits by the door with the adorable eyes pleading "please let me out again"

I was thinking the same thing. It sounds to me like your girl there likes the outdoors and is bummed when it's time to come in!

Maybe try to show her she can still have fun indoors and when it gets warmer out let her out more often.

It doesn't matter how long of a walk I take Katie for, she always wants to check out HER yard, sniff around and see what's been going on.
