Moody kid
Anyone have a moody and/or sensitive LO? DS is almost 5. He is the sweetest boy you can meet he really loves to please too, but he gets sensitivite too and then gets an attitude that can take a while to get him out of the funk. I'm really the only one who can really get him out of it. Usually he's the sweetest boy to everyone. Loves school, his friends, etc. Just gets in a funk some times. Some mornings it takes him a bit to get happy too. I don't expect him to be a morning person, but sometimes when it's a couple of days in a row it can take a toll. DS2 is the opposite. He's 2.5 and always wakes up happy with a big smile. Even at naps. DS1 I took his naps away at 3 bc he took too long to get out of a funk. Once he's out and happy he's an angel. DS2 has a much stronger personality and not a pleaser. He's stubborn, but not so sensitive so if you say no to him he gets upset, but gets out of it fast. I do reward system with DS, change the topic or distract him, etc Any other advise? I don't expect the perfect child and he is the sweetest kid too. Just mostly takes out his moods on me. I guess that's what moms are for.
