suffolk county water is paid quarterly. but its usually like $50 for the quarter (there is a $30 first time fee  so your first bill will be higher)
landscaping? (thats what FH is for, lol)
and the cablevision triple play for me is $118 per month, but that is only for the fist year, and we have the regular package (just HBO, no cinemax or shotime)

Wine/liquor - I add this in because I like to entertain, so it becomes an expense
House supplies - paper products (TP, etc.), cleaning supplies

thanks for all the info
well, I do the gardening, he does the mowing (when we actually have grass, lol)
also, if the house has an alarm, what that would be a month.
