I LOVE ENE - East by northeast - same owners as the harvest - pan asian. Great views, food, service.

Harvest - if you're into family style
Navy Bean - if you want to be toes in the sand and watch the sunset. Good for casual - quesadillas, chicken, etc.
Duryeas - BYOB lobster place on the water. LOVE IT.
Montauket - on the cliffs - amazing sunset - cheapie burges, etc at not-s-cheap prices. But the view is awesome
The Backyard - chic, but you pay for it. At Sole East. Good food though. Place to 'see and be seen'
Surfside Inn - on ride into Montauk (Old Montauk highway - past Gurneys on the south side of street). Cute place, good food. Nice for sunset.

The Harvest-family style, on the water and has great food. But you def should make reservations a few days in advance
ENE-I haven't been yet but its also on the water and I've heard good reviews about the food.
