They were about the same for me, except the second time around the cramping is way worse IMO...Second time was a lot easier though, as I knew what to expect.

second one was ALOT easier for me. i was up and about the very next day. hardly any pain at all.

Thank you everyone, my DH and I were talking about having more kids in near future and I just can't even think about going through another C after all the pain I went through the first time. I do know that it's not happening for at least another 2 years or maybe more and hoping that I 'll forget about the first C by then
