do you notice a difference in the amount of milk expressed from each side?
I have been EP for 5 months and my left side has always expressed almost half of what I get from the right.

I EP'd for 6 months and my left always produced more than my right, but it was only about an ounce more. Maybe try massaging under your left armpit before and during pumping. I found when I did that a few days in a row, my right would catch up to my left... but it never stayed, lol

Thanks for that info. I will try next time.
I also know that I should stay hydrated, that also helps - but some days I can go all day without a sip of water.

Don't give up on water! On the rare days were I didn't drink at LEAST 64 ounces, my supply suffered and then I was a mess trying to make up for the lost ounces. This is coming from a nonwater drinker prepregnancy -- I hated it -- but i just made sure that I drank what I had to.

good luck!

I have been Ep for my twins for the past 9.5 months and my left always produces more. Every single time regardless of compressions, heat etc.

It's totally normal :)
