moms who did cio with babies who were ebf
How old was the baby when you did cio at night? How often were they waking? Do I let dc cry all night? Or do I cut out one feeding at a time?
Also how much were they eating during the day I'm sure dc gets more than enough during the day between milk and food but I can't help but keep thinking maybe she really IS hungry at night even though I'm leaning towards she wants me as comfort
Any advice is greatly appreciated

DS wasn't EBF, but I did BF until he was 11 months.
When he was 5 months old, he STTN a few times (randomly) on his own. He was also refusing a bottle in the middle of the night, he only wanted the breast which I knew meant that he was using it to soothe himself, not because he was hungry. At 6 months old, we did CIO cold turkey. It worked first night.

at 5 months- i started cutting down time i nursed for each session -started at 10 min then went to 8 min then 6 then 4 min - i used a kitchen timer to monitor
after that My dh was on for 2 nights and he helped comfort him if he got too upset - i slept far away as i could - he fussed the first night and needed the pacifier a little - but the second night nothing
after that he was sleeping through the night
he was only waking iup once at around 3 to eat so that was the one we got rid of - i did dream feed him at 11 - that i cut out later
