I need help fast!! I am back to work and pumping every 2 hours for 1 ounce ONLY at each pumping!! i am rejecting the pump!!! Please tell me where i can get fenugreek or mothers milk plus tonight!!! CVS? Stop and shop???
I have to also work tomorrow and didn't make enough milk to feed him tomorrow... i work 12 hours!

I got both the Fenugreek and Mother's Milk at a vitamin store.

i never used the supplements... oatmeal helped and the other thing, in a pinch, that helped was power pumping... if ds was having a hungry few days i would do a power pump or two and my supply would pick right back up
