Moms who are BF and what not to eat
can you give me a list of the foods not to eat while BF, last night I had a lil bit of garlic and it made me and DD sick- she had gas most of the night.

Most BF moms can eat whatever they want and the baby will have no issues. If you find your baby is xtra fussy/gassy you may want to cut back on dairy.

I just avoided the high mercury fish, alcohol and caffeine.

I ate whatever I wanted. Depends on the baby. You'll know. As you can see you can tell when something bothers them.
