I am 21 weeks with #2. Personally, I think I would be too uncomfortable to fly.

I'm 35 1/2 weeks now and I feel better now than I did a few weeks ago. How long is the flight? We went to the beach for a week as a family when I was around 27 weeks and it was a tough week because sleeping on the bed there was hard, but I didn't feel too bad otherwise. Chasing the toddler is harder to me than anything else.

I'm 28w with number 2. I've been more comfortable in life, but generally I feel ok.

Re: moms preggo with #2
this is just me....I would not have a problem travelling at 21 weeks, but probably not outside the US. I like to have access to US doctors in the second half of my pregnancy. That's just me though.

I would not do a 5 hour flight with a toddler at 28 w pregnant unless they're an unbelievably calm and easy baby.
Honestly after a week at the beach I was SO KNOCKED OUT because I was "on" the entire trip taking care of her. Even with DH there and another family with us, I felt like I needed a week vacation after our trip. Being away, you're just constantly trying to help the toddler adjust, keep them occupied, fed, clean, etc. It was a nice trip, but it was an exhausting trip. And that was only a 2 1/2 hour car ride and only one week away! What you're contemplating is double that (in both respects).
Talk it over with your DH more. Could you bring along a sibling or parent who can help?
