Moms on 1 nap a day
What's your schedule like?
I think Miranda is ready for one nap but the problem is the timing. She wakes up around 7:30 and will take a nap for about 2 hours around 11ish but then she's is in meltdown mode around 6 and that is way too early for bed because she would be up at 5am then. Her max is 11 hours a night no matter what.
If I could get her nap to around 12 or 1pm that would be perfect.

It takes a lot of distraction to switch them over, sometimes. Start by distracting for 15 min a few days and then adding another 15 minutes. It will work, it just takes some adjusting.
