Moms of kids with allergies...
DD#1 woke up a little over a year ago covered in hives and we found she was allergic to milk, chocolate, strawberries, oranges and shellfish (and some environmental things too).
Well yesterday DD#2 was at my mom's. I went to pick her up and while on the phone with my mom driving there she started to complain of being itchy. She was covered in hives from the hips/bottom down and had a rash around her mouth and on her cheeks. Luckily they disappeared about an hour after we gave her benadryl.
I spoke with the ped who narrowed it down and thinks it was either the strawberries she ate (she hasn't had them in months and only had them a handful of times) or the cashews my mother ate and might have touched her without washing after eating (she has no history of food allergies so we weren't concerned with nuts).
So if you have one with a lot of allergies do you have 2? Are they allergic to the same things? Or completely different? We already think she has problems with bees based on the huge lump she got after a sting last year.

DS was allergic to soy and banana. He grew out of both.
DD is not allergic to anything that we know of.
