I'm starting to feel really bad about this!!

I have to wake Riley up every day at 6:30. I try to get her to bed by 6:30pm at least and it almost never happens. Seems like most nights I don't get her to sleep until after 7 (closer to 7:30 these days). It could be because she ends up taking a really late nap because she took some short ones at daycare...but most of it I blame on me, trying to get everything done.

I noticed today, since I didn't have to wake her at 6:30 (we had a delayed opening) and she got to wake up on her own, she was so much happier. Probably because she slept her full 12 hours.

In theory, since she has to wake up at 6:30, I really should get her to sleep by 6:30, no?

I feel really guilty. Is this something worth beating myself up about?
