Well mine just changed after I went to the dr on Thurs and I am trying to tweek it as the days go by but here is what I think it will be.
7am-bottle (6ozs)
9am-fruit and cereal about 3ozs total
11am--bottle (4-5oz)
1pm--yogurt--baby 4oz
3pm--bottle (4-5ozs)
5pm-veggie & cereal 3ozs total
7-8pm bottle (6oz)
The dr told me I should still be giving her her 4 bottles a day just less in them and to feed her regular food 3 times a day

My DS turned 6 months today & in the last 2 days he seems to be dropping his last bottle, not sure if its permanent. Here is what it was:
8:00 am 8 oz bottle
1/2 fruit
12:30 pm 8 oz bottle
1/2 fruit w/ cereal
4:30 pm 8 oz bottle
full fruit
8 pm 8 oz bottle
(last 2 days he's skipping this bottle & sleeping from 8 or so through 7:30 am)

We do a bunch of small bottles and I know we aren't the norm.
6:30/7:00AM: cereal and 1/2 fruit w/ 3 oz bottle
8:30AM: nap and 3 oz bottle
11:00AM: 4 oz bottle
12:30PM: Lunch Cereal and a veggie
1:30PM: 3 oz bottle
4:30PM: 4 oz bottle
5:30: Dinner cereal & 1/2 fruit
6:30PM: Bed and 3 oz bottle
