You're welcome!
I put water in the sippy. The Ped said we can start it so at night I put it on his highchair when I feed him dinner. He'll pick it up and bite it. Then he gets annoyed and swats at it. Chat Icon

Forgot to add... loves the exersaucer. Jumps all around.
At the daycare they play acitivities, he does music time, they work with him on holding his own bottle, waving, clapping, etc. They do little art projects. It's cute!

He does sleep 12 hours, which is great. Once in a while gets up. Maybe twice a week and then goes back to sleep.

ETA - he naps about three times a day. Around 10AM, usually around 2PM and then on the way home from daycare around 4:45PM he takes a half hour nap.

how is your little one doing?
DS will be 7 months next week. He's getting cuter and more fun every day! Getting such a little personality.

can you share his/her feeding and nap schedule
wakes up between 6 and 7
BF shortly after wake up
9am nap usually 30 minutes an hour if I'm lucky
10am BF
11am jar of either fruit or veggie
12:30ish nap again either 30minutes or an hour (he's a terrible napper!)
1:30/2 BF
4ish we try another nap but usually he doesn't unless we're out and he falls asleep in the car
4:30 BF
between 6:30 and 7 BF and bed

what are they eating?and how much are they eating at each meal.
See above. don't know how much because he doesn't take a bottle

any teeth?
just this past week he got 2 teeth on the bottom.

what can he/she do (ex. sit up, roll from back to tummy etc)
he sits up fairly well. He rolls from back to front and used to roll from front to back but hasn't done it since he learned to roll back to front.

what do you do durning the day with your 6-7month old if your a SAHM.
The day is basically eat/play/sleep.
He loves his jumperoo! He also plays in his exersaucer and with his floor toys (ie; leap frog learning table, plastic blocks, xylophone, laugh and learn phone)

what time does your DC go to sleep?
between 6:30 and 7. I wish it were later but he doesn't take very long naps so by 6ish he is sooo tired!

is he/she sleeping through the night?
Sadly no. He usually goes to sleep from about 6:30/7 then I BF at around 12 and 3. Ocassionally he wakes up at other times but will fall back to sleep with the crib soother.

how much does your DC weigh?
By now probably just over 16 lbs

Chat Icon He sleeps from 8PM-6AM, but usually wakes up talking at 5AM and I bring him into our bed then to quiet him down to get another hour of sleep before work.

how much does your DC weigh?
He is 31", 20 lbs. at his 6 month check up. He's in 18 month clothes now.

Re: Mom's of 6-7month olds

I love these threads!

how is your little one doing?

DD is 6.5 months and she is a happy, curious, fun baby!

can you share his/her feeding and nap schedule

She gets a 7oz bottle when she wakes up around 7am
8am - fruit and some whole wheat cereal
930- takes an hour-hour and a half nap
12- 6oz bottle
1pm- YoBaby yogurt and some puffs and about an ounce of water
3pm- 6 oz bottle, then take about an hour-hour and a half nap
5pm- veggie and rice cereal
7pm-6 oz bottle and bed

what are they eating?and how much are they eating at each meal. see above

any teeth? one tooth peeping through on the bottom in just the last day or two

what can he/she do (ex. sit up, roll from back to tummy etc)

She can sit up unassisted but I still hover very nearby because she does fall back every once in awhile. If she is in her playpen or crib though I let her sit by herself. She is rolling belly to back but only a few times has has done back to belly. She can also hold her own bottles and only really wants me to feed her for her last bottle of the day.

what do you do durning the day with your 6-7month old if your a SAHM.

She "helps" me in the kitchen by hanging in her highchair while I cook, wash dishes, clean. I just sing to her and talk to her alot and she seems to like it.
we read lots of books, play with her Laugh and Learn farm. Loves her jumperoo. She watches about a half hour of Sesame Street every day.
We go to the library alot and have a Mommy and Me on Mondays. We also take lots of walks (when it is warm enough) and do errands/shopping etc.
She's not good at entertaining herself yet so it's all playing with me or watching me while I do stuff around the house.

what time does your DC go to sleep?
7pm

is he/she sleeping through the night?
most of the time she does. every once in awhile now she will wake up very early at like 5 (which I still consider nighttime!) but will usually fall back until about 7.

how much does your DC weigh?
at our last dr appt 2 weeks ago she was 18lbs 6oz and 28.5 in.

how is your little one doing?
Yael is GREAT! She has a double ear infection, two teeth starting to come out and just vaccinated, and STILL happy, smiley, sweet and sleeping so nicely.

can you share his/her feeding and nap schedule

She wakes up around 7am. Eats about 8 ounces, an hour later half a jar of fruit, and then down for nap by 8:30am.

Wakes up usually around 10:30ish - another 6 ounce bottle. Eats another half jar of veggies around 11:30. Down for a nap by 12pm.

Usually up around 2ish. We play, another small bottle, around 4 ounces. Then down for her last nap around 4pm.

Up around 5:30/6pm. She gets her last bottle, around 6 ounces, an hour later a half jar of veggies, and bedtime by 8pm.

what are they eating?and how much are they eating at each meal.

See above. She eats all fruits/veggies. No cereal because she has trouble pooping.

any teeth?

Not yet, but soon!

what can he/she do (ex. sit up, roll from back to tummy etc)

She can sit unassisted - stands really strong with little help, and can roll each way.

what do you do durning the day with your 6-7month old if your a SAHM.

My days are numbered- I go back to work on Monday. But most days we play... or shop... when we play, she uses her playmat, she watches a little Einstein, exercauser, jumparoo, or I sit on the floor with her and play with her toys. I love to read to her, and sing to her. Her absolute FAVORITE thing to do is rock back and forth as I sing Row Your Boat.

what time does your DC go to sleep?

8pm

is he/she sleeping through the night?

Yes. 8pm-7am.
