Moms of 2 or more that delivered at Good Sam
Are they strict with the sibling visiting hours? I think on their website it says 2-5 but if DH wanted to bring her outside of those times, would they let him?

Not at all strict. In fact it wasn't even my kids, but my 4 nieces adn nephews that came at all hours. So long as they are well behaved I don't think it's an issue. They were very lax IMO (in a good way) when it came to visting, just made everyone leave on time at night.
