Moms of 18 month olds...?
My son will be 18 months next Dec. and I want to buy him his winter jacket now since there are big sales. Should i buy him a 12-18 month or 18-24 month coat?

go with the 2T or 24 months. the bigger the better.. I always layered my kids, so you need the extra room

I did that last year - and I got 18-24 months.
The only thing is you don't know how much he is going to grow from now until then.
My DD was right on target though - she will fit perfectly in it come Dec

I think it's hard to say because you don't know how much your DS will grow. My DS is almost 20 months and I just bought him a 12-18 month jacket.

My DD is 18 months now and on the taller side of the charts. I got her 2T and its a little big on her and I got her an 18-24 month and it's too tight! Go figure. I'd go with 24 months or 2T since you layer in the winter.

It really is a hard call. My son just turned a year and is a pretty big boy and is wearing pretty much all of his clothes in 18 months.

Andrew will be 18 months in a few weeks and I just bought him 18 month coat. And it is big on him but I want it to last the entire winter.
