Mommy's who make their own food
I made a bunch of food this weekend and froze itin cubes. How long are frozen fruits and vegetables good for? I could not find that info in the book I have.

If you want to make your own baby food I would definitely buy the book - Super Baby Food by Ruth Yaron. It will tell you how long every fruit and vegetable can be frozen for.

When I made her foods, I usually only premade for a couple of weeks and that was it. That way there was no question as to how long I could give them to her for.
