is there a Stroller Strides franchise in Suffolk? You should check it out! DC stays in the stroller while you work out at different stations...so the baby isn't exactly interacting, but sometimes you tickle them and sing to them in the middle of an exercise

They do have it at Sunken Meadow but it's a bit out of my way to go there  I would definitely consider it if there was one closer.
Domino - does that work out class involve the kids or is it just so you can bring them?
I was more looking for something that would involve the baby like they do in mommy & me yoga.

I know the yoga instructor at Silk Wind Studio in Melville is planning on starting a mommy and me yoga class. If you contact her she would give you more info.
