Mommies of 8-9 month olds

Please tell me what your child is eating... and specifics. I need ideas for what to feed DD because I want to start her on more "solid" type foods. She's still eating mostly stage 2's and I feel like I am holding her back because I don't know what to give her!

Also, are you giving the bottle with the meal or before/after?

I was wondering the same thing. DS is almost 9 months old. I have no advice, but hopefully some BTDT mommies on here have some for us!!!

Madison is 8 months old and she has mostly stage 2 still as well,

8 AM- 6 ounce bottle, ceral and stage 2 fruit

10ish- puffs and juice

12ish- yogurt and 6 ounce bottle

4ish- meat and a veggie with 6 ounce bottle

then usual a cookie with juice at like 6 then night time bottle at 8sih

i have tried pasta,eggs,pancakes with her as per her dr.but she spits it at me, i think it is the texture and she gags bc she can't chew it yet,,,, so i keep triying hope this helps!!

Abby was 8 months yesterday. I've just recently started her on Stage 3--the puree/small pieces of food combination. She's doing fine with that. I also started the Gerber puffs about 10 days ago and have been giving her a sippy of water at mealtimes (which she has really no clue what to do with). Otherwise, we haven't done any table foods besides yogurt. I'll probably wait a month on that.

ETA...I give the bottles after the meals.
