Mommies of 1 year olds, What toys does DC love?
Christopher is turning 1 at the end of April, and my family likes to give an outfit and a toy, so what does your DC love?
Invites haven't gone out yet and I'm already getting questions

Honestly the older she gets the less interest she has in actual toys. I know not much help.
She loves her books and children's dance music!!! So the books that play music are a hit.
She got that Spin and Bounce Zebra for her first birthday and is finally able to use it on her own now at 14 months. She loves that!!!
Anything she can push and walk or ride with (strollers, shopping carts, lawn mower, sit on car, etc.)
Oh she has lots of shape sorters which will keep her busy and still loves her stackable cups. She likes to put Cheerios in them and dump them out.
Little basketball sets, bowling, wiffle ball tees, golf sets. Anything with a ball!! My friend has a boy and he LOVES that kind of stuff.
I'd recommend outdoor summer toys too.

I agree with all of this. He is really into balls now (15 months) and playing catch. Definately books witht he noise things on the side or bottom.
He also likes his little people. But mostly he takes all the toys out and makes a huge mess but doesn't do a lot of actual playing with the toys.
Now, give him an empty milk carton and it's hours of fun. Or a balloon. That will keep him busy all day!

Sounds horrible...but she LOVES balls. They have always been her favorite toy. She finds them, or anything similar to them anywhere we go. That is always a good buy for her.
