Moisturizers with SPF

I currently use Laura Mercier Tinted Moisturizer - I went to the derm the other day and she said my sun spots are getting darker from driving - and that I should be wearing SPF 45.

Does anyone have any recommendations for a moisturizer with such a high SPF? Most of the ones I've seen really only go to 25-30.

Do you think it's really necessary for me to wear 45? I mean I'm not sitting outside in the sun - I'm in the car - I would think that a SPF30 would do the trick.

I'm planning on getting these badboys lasered off soon so I really want to take care of it so they don't come back!

You'd think you had a convertible..lol Are the spots only on the left side of your face where the sun comes in through the window? I DON"T EVEN KNOW WHAT YOU'RE TALKING ABOUT!

I KNOW! And that I was cruising around town with my hair blowing in the wind!

HAHA - I am up for the suggestion - I want to order something tonight and just want to see if there are any other recommendations! You're the one who told me to ask here anyway lol - I can't win!

Look at any single picture of me and you will see what I'm talking about. It absolutely drives me mad and I can't stand pictures of me and Jack anymore because of it.

ETA: The big spot is on my drivers side window. HATE!

TEll me that spot doesn't ruin the picture!
