MLSLI question...
Are they good about taking a house down if it's been sold? Or do listings just hang out on there for months?

Re: MLSLI question...
It's not MLS, the Agent has to advise them to take it down.

no advising. the agent has to physically go into the computer system and change the status to under contract or closed themselves. MLS rules have become stricter so if a listing is under contract or closed and the agent doesnt update status, they can be fined.
