MLS ? What does this mean?
It says this as the description of the house:
Mint Home W/Very Versatile Lay-Out. Unique, Must See. For A Very Specific Prospect. Value In Use.

probably the house was costume made, so it have a different layout than the tipical ranch, cape etc.. Its better to see it to understand the potential

It's a funky, non-typical design. I would imagine the realtor put a positive spin on it so that the "standard" buyer might be more inclined to view it and hopefully with an open mind.
