We decided not to after all! Its a loooong story but we went over to the building the night before we had to sign the lease and we could not find a parking spot AT ALL. We have 2 cars! Then we drove around a little and decided the neighborhood wasnt all that ideal either. Coincidentally, we had a huge blowout with the neighbors the next day and the landlord ended up talking with them since they have a history of being obnoxious with every tenant that has lived in my place so far. So far so good - not a peep.
We are going to stay here for a bit and eventually buy a house out of state.
How are things with your new place!?!?!?

WOW! I so didn't expect to hear that!! Well as long as your neighbors are keeping their mouths shut.
I just want you happy!! I hope they stay quiet.
as for my place its coming along, I still have a lot of work to do, trying to make it still feel like home. Thanks for asking!
