Miss Barbaras preschool???
anyone got here...is it at a home? do you love it? I just cant commit and im thinking of going to see it...

I looked at Miss Barbaras a few weeks ago. It was ok. It is in a house, the house is zoned commercially
I was told. I wasnt crazy about the classrooms. They were in small bedrooms. I also wasn't in love with spending 210 a month for 2 days a week.
I looked at a few other places and I registered my daughter at St Margaret's in Selden. It was a nice, small school. I liked their program, and the price was right.

Thanks for the feedback. I drove past and it looks nice from the outside. The other one im looking at is also a converted house but seems more like a school...do they move form classroom to classroom or stay in one the whole time? 210 does seem $$ for 2 days also!

Don't you have Edward in a preschool already?
Someone told me that Ronkonkoma Lake has a preschool through the town of Islip. She had good things to say about it, plus it was very inexpensive.
If you're willing to drive out to Bay Shore I love Lance's school.

Yea I dont like the tpwn program, Im willing to pay $$ for a really good school. The one he is in is a 3 year old program. I found one that I like...were is lance going?

Do you do summer camp? Most of the preschools have summer camp. You can sign Edward up for that and see if you like them.
